Pre-orders ship as soon as the decks are printed, which we expect in late January 2027. If that changes, we'll email you. When your deck is on its way, you'll get an email with a tracking link.
Once the decks are in stock, orders usually ship within 3 business days.
One flat rate per order, however many decks you buy:
Rates are in US dollars. You'll see the cost for your country at checkout, before you pay.
Once your deck ships, most US orders arrive within 2 to 7 business days. International orders usually take 1 to 3 weeks, depending on the country and customs.
Orders shipped outside the United States may be charged import duties, taxes or customs fees by the destination country. These aren't included in our prices or shipping costs, and are paid by the recipient.
Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away: we can change it until your deck ships. If a parcel comes back to us because of an incorrect address, we'll send it again once the new shipping cost is paid.
If your tracking hasn't moved for 14 days, or your parcel shows as delivered but hasn't reached you, email us at ask@jamilashop.com. If the carrier confirms it's lost, we'll send a replacement or refund you in full.
